As a graduate of McMaster University’s Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour program I am strongly interested in understanding our fellow folks, building resilience in our community, and fostering compassion to strengthen relationships.

My past experience in addiction and mental health continues to motivate my passion for discovering the individual similarities and differences that contribute to problems in our social, healthcare, and education systems.

I believe that individuals are heavily influenced by the quality of their environments and the barriers to that environment. To help make a change we cannot analyze individuals as if they existed in a “vacuum”.
