I love collaborating on teams that focus on human-centered solutions for education and healthcare challenges. In the past 15 years, I have lived across 4 continents and feel humbled to call home in Nunavut, Yukon, Uganda, South Africa, and Australia. I have worked as a public health nurse and researcher, educator, policy and program consultant, and infectious disease specialist. An aspiring nurse futurist, I am eager to unleash the hidden potential of the healthcare workforce.

In my work, I approach the status quo with curiosity, am comfortable with uncertainty, adaptable in the face of positive deviance, and a catalyst for implementing change. I am passionate about quality health care and social justice through evidence-based innovation.

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering and hiking with my dog Hunter. I’m an Aunt x2, a sister and daughter, a friend to a few, and acquaintance to many, a mentor, and a student-for-life. I enjoy playing ultimate Frisbee across the world, traveling, and collecting stories. I am an aspiring social entrepreneur working to build adaptable folks and tackle workplace incivility.
